The body shape recovery and the correction of all the components of SBD - Syndrome of Body Disharmony is difficult and they depend on the aesthetic and surgical treatments, but also exercises and good feeding.

We changed the word “diet”, which presupposes a passing attitude, by Alimentary Education, that is an attitude for the whole life. Alimentary Education is a change of habits and it is one of the keys to have a beautiful body profile, free from Cellulite and Localized Fat and mainly with great health.

   The man, in not so many millenniums ago, lived in the jungle, in caves, and, as the most important animal of the creation, he suffered the alterations provoked by the evolution. The man was adapting to the environment in where he lived, but many of the human reactions continue as in the time of the caves. In the prehistoric times there was difficulty to get food. The man needed to hunt and to seek for fruits and roots. A lot of times he was exposed to the intense climatic alterations, which changed the offer of foods, putting the life in risk. There was no way of keeping the hunt that easily deteriorated, increasing, in this way, the permanent search of food as a main vital activity. Then the nature created in the man a reservoir of food that is the fat tissue. When the food was abundant, the man ate, as it was able to, and that food, in excess, was accumulated in the fat tissue. If the foods abruptly lacked, the ones that had accumulated a plenty of food in the body would survive until the conditions could get better, while the ones that didn't have surplus fat, they perished. Of course for the modern man this reservoir is not necessary. It is more practical and efficient to keep the food in the storeroom, in the refrigerator or even to leave in the supermarket to buy it just when it is necessary. To maintain exaggerating reservation of fat in the body is nonsense and only does badly to the aesthetics and the health. The necessary should be eaten, without the excesses that worsen the Cellulite in the women and accumulate fat, deforming the body, originating the Body Disharmony Syndrome.

         A healthy diet is based on proteins and natural vitamins, with few fats and carbohydrates. Fruits, green vegetables, white  fleshes, skimmed milk and derived of skimmed milk, as yogurt and white cheeses and, in The  Brazilian diet, only a little of  bean  with a little rice. They form the base of a good feeding.

 The Body Disharmony Syndrome   has several causes and it is not just fat excess, but alimentary disarray that is a strong component responsible for this sort of problem. It’s not good falling in the mistake of considering the food as a bad thing, the feeding is quite necessary, but with quality and without excesses, which is harmful.

The hereditariness, the hormonal action and the sedentary life are also important causes of Cellulite and loss of the body shape. We can not do so many things in relation to the hereditariness and to the hormonal action, but the Exercises and the Alimentary Education are useful and fundamental in any treatment.

Some of the treatments more used in aesthetic medicine mobilize the fats of the areas in that they are more fixed in the woman, but these fats should not be recovered by eating in excess. The situations are different, the demand degree varies for each case, but all the people who have Cellulite or a loss of the body harmony and intend to get better, need to do an alteration of alimentary habit.

When the alteration in the body shape goes initial and light, just Exercises and Alimentary Education are enough for the correction, but when there is a more important alteration, the medical treatments, as Application of Lipolytics, Electrolipolisis, Lymphatic Drainage, Endermology, Ultrasound, Liposculpture, Liposuction and Subcision need to be used depending on each case. These treatments are undeniably more efficient when associates to the Alimentary Education and Exercises.

Good alimentary habits and Exercises are the base to have a good body appearance, what is pleasant, but they are also a requirement for the good health, what is quite useful. Therefore, to take care of the body shape is not only a vanity subject; it is also an attitude of preventive health.

As gorduras que comemos em excesso  são automaticamente armazenadas no tecido gorduroso.

Ingestão mínima de gorduras como: frituras, carne vermelha, ovos, manteiga, margarina, queijos amarelos, nozes, amendoim, castanha de caju, chocolate, pele de frango, maionese, creme de leite, leite integral .

Parte dos carbohidratos que comemos se transformam em gorduras

Diminuição da ingestão de carbohidratos  como: açúcar, doces, chocolate, massas , pão ,batata, arroz, feijão, milho)

As proteínas são fundamentais na alimentação porque participam de todas as funções importantes do corpo e formam músculos que   são importantes no estabelecimento do contorno corporal.

Deve-se preferir a alimentação baseada em  proteínas  como carne vermelha magra, carne de frango, peixes, queijos tipo ricota e cottage, leite e yogurt desnatados  sem açúcar.

Devemos lembrar que as proteínas também possuem calorias e substituem com vantagens os alimentos que foram evitados, mas não deve haver excesso.

Geral

Coma á vontade alimentos vegetais como saladas e legumes cozidos, pois eles tem um mínimo de calorias, prolongam a sensação de saciedade além de estimular o funcionamento dos intestinos e ajudar a desintoxicação orgânica.

As frutas podem e devem ser ingeridas mas não em excesso. prefira frutas cítricas e as mais ricas em água como laranja, mexerica, melão, melancia, abacaxi. Evite abacate, caqui , uva e manga

Beba muita água, mais de 2 litros por dia . Ela ajuda a diminuir a fome e elimina resíduos do organismo.

Evite café, chá mate, álcool, refrigerantes não dietéticos e refrigerantes tipo cola.

Em pessoas que já estão perdendo peso e submetendo-se a exercícios para valer pode ser benéfico a prescrição pelo médico de vitaminas, sais minerais e amino-ácidos que são importantes para o funcionamento do corpo.

A dieta não deve ser exagerada, e a perda de peso deve ser lenta, não ultrapassando de 2 a 3 Quilos por mês.
